Company Law Obstacle

I've finally understand why this paper is ranked very high in the failing list. It is so difficult. Studying the definition brings back memories when I have to memorize all those philosophical terms bu HLA Hart and John Austin as to what is law.

Shit. Seems like this obstacle is unlikely to go away easily
