"KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will not ask the police to drop its investigations into the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy case just because a medical report said the complainant had not been sodomised, said Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.
The Home Minister said the medical report from Hospital Pusrawi was “just one piece of evidence in a whole chain of evidences” at which the police were looking.
“There is not even a charge preferred on him (Anwar) yet, so what are we to drop? We have to let the police complete their investigations, submit their investigating papers to the prosecutor and let the prosecutor decide if there is a case,” he told reporters Tuesday.
He said he was not surprised that Anwar had “gone to town” with the report, declaring himself innocent, as he (Anwar) was adept at playing political games.
Denying the Government was framing Anwar on allegations of sodomy, Syed Hamid said:
”It would be very irrational for the Government to create a case of this nature, at this time, against such a person.”
He said the police were taking so long to complete investigations as they had to be “meticulous and look at every aspect”.
“You should not blame the police for being very cautious and careful because this involves such a famous personality, especially since he (Anwar) is treated differently from ordinary mortals,” he added.
Last month, one of Anwar’s political volunteers, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan lodged a police report that Anwar had sodomised him.
However, a medical report from Hospital Pusrawi made just hours before the police report was made ruled out that Saiful had been sodomised as there was “zero tear and scar”, “zero active bleeding” and zero ulcer or pus in his anus.
The medical report was put on an online news portal, following which Anwar called a press conference Tuesday and asked the police to drop its investigations as this proved he was being framed.
Syed Hamid said it was unethical for the medical report to be leaked, as this constituted a breach of trust between the doctor and patient, and urged the medical fraternity to look into this.
He also denied the police was concealing this piece of evidence, adding that they were in no position to disclose the contents of any report. Syed Hamid said, for the Government, the earlier the investigation was completed and the earlier a decision was made one way or another, the better it would be"

How to get away from a traffic police

I know this person, called Mr. A. He was driving along the road until the car in front of him turn right. He followed suit. Unfortunately, he don't suppose to turn there because its unlawful.

He was detained by the police.......

Polis : Encik tau encik buat salah tak?
Mr A : Ya ke?? Saya tak tau. Salah apa?
Polis : Sini tak boleh U-turn awak tau tak?
Mr A : Tak tau la... Aku nampak dia u-turn aku u-turn la....
Polis : Tak... tak sama... dia ialah dia, kau ialah kau....

Law of Tort

The mid term is coming:( and i realize many still don't know the format (since i receive several smses). So lets tell you all here. Its one question only. Problematic question

This whole week have been pretty unproductive. The whole Saturday is all about Gundam. It seems that those dolls have new looks everyweek. But thats what I like about them:) If i want them to smile I'll put a smile on it. If I want it to be sad I'll just make it look sad. If I want to break its arm I'll just break it. (Lol don;t know why am I blogging all this in the first place).

Later on I went to my friend's shop. The new MG Psycho Frame Prototype Musha Gundam is out. He told me the other day that it cost RM 170.00. When I go to collect it, he told me the lowest he can go is RM 178.00!! I told him we got a collateral contract. That guy raise the defense of insanity. He say he don't remember saying that. I got pissed and told him I change my mind. I'll only buy it for RM 165.00. He says "No way man!". So I replied "goodbye" and left.

Today I went to my sister's installation day of her Interact Club. Its boring but its good for the eyes. Her president's cute:) Then blew my wallet after taking them for dinner:(

With so much time awsted I wonder when should I start studying......Now going to play the new DotA map:( bye bye....

Sorry Sis

I don't know if my sis is stupid or I'm just too bad.... She is in form 3 and she brought handphone to school. But she stupidly didn't silent it. Hahaha....

I sent a message to her and what happen next? The phone was confiscated. I wanted to say "I'm sorry, its just too bad" but in the end I said "Sorry, its just an accident"

Too many things had happen recently. Maybe, I'm not one who can love. For I've hurt those who love me. Maybe I'm more suitable to be alone:)

Ixora Sucks

I had paid my rent. My roommate had paid his a long time ago too. For some reason, the guards came into my room and ask for our ID. We ask him for what reason and he refused to tell. And still give us that look that they will seized our ID's by force. A fight almost broke out. He wanted to hit my roommate and I almost whack him with my steel baton. This place sucks man.... Tell everyone not to move in here

I'm a Thief

Lol. At normal circumstances I would not be able to go online at a time like this. I'm sitting in my room in front of my desk, back in Muar. Which, there is no internet connection. But today, I'm so surprise that my laptop detected some wireless signal. Whichever neighbour you are, note that you have my deepest appreciation. I thought I might be stealing, but Siew Mee says its merely trespass to goods. But, whatever la, since I don't know what the hell is trespass to goods yet.

Anyone know I took up tennis? Started last Thursday with May, Sara and Qjin. Siew Mee will be joining next week:))))

Its really enjoyable, but the only problem is the fact that I got tennis and badminton all mixed up. You don't suppose to be using wrist in tennis right? But I kept using it like badminton:(. The first training is where the instructor will throw a ball and you suppose to hit it. When I hit it, it fleeeeeewwwwww way out the court, then out of the fencing and hit onto a Vios:(. The coach face was like (o_0).

Then I hit another one which flew right into a football field a few hundred yards away. Luckilly it rained if not probably I'll be in a football field looking for a tennis ball:(((((

Lastly, thank god because my training day is on thursday and my annoying housemate's is on tuesday:))). But probably will see him in the AGM and ice breaking though:((((

PS: May is a pro in tennis

Home Sweet Home

The title is what people will call for a place they live in. However, thats not the case for the apartment I'm living in. As for the name of the apartment, I choose not to mention.

Firstly, rent. Usually I'll pay the rentafter i got the cheque from my parents when i go home in the weekend. Sadly, I forgot to do so. And what happen next? Two securities barges into my apartment like loansharks asking for payment. Obviously the money ain't with me, so he seize my apartment id. A good thing my dad called them early this and have everything settled.

Secondly is a particular housemate. Again, I won't mention the name. But he is the most f*** up person I've ever lived with. He is a person with totally zero considerations. It had been times, many times in fact, forced people to stay awake just to accompany him chatting at 3.00 am. There was one incident where he purposely wake my roommate up to tell him that he is bored. Another incident was a few nights ago. I was planning to sleep at about 12.00am but I slept at three in the end. He came to our room (my roommate stupidly did not lock the door and he got a habit of entering without knocking) and start bullshitting about his dean's list, how many girls he knows, how good looking he is and blah blah blah....

If the guns in my CS are real I'll turn my mouse directly at him and shoot him (is this assault?). And what pissed me of the most is he ask me to abandon my gf and for some don't know what girls that he says he will introduce to me. Is he out of his mind? Thank goodness I got some payback. I took some water into my mouth and once he speak I make sure wet his face with all the water I took in:)))))))

BUT!!!!! He still refuse to go out!!! Instead, he was down there preaching to me how unhealthy I am to do that and how unclean of me to do that blah blah blah. At this point, my roommate when to him and say, "do you know what is unclean?", and *farted* directly on his face:)))))

And yesterday night again he was preaching to me and my roommate on the principle that you owe money you must pay. Can someone just stab him??

I'm currently very annoyed at my little brother. Apparently, throughout the week he has been making my parents very unhappy. He refused to do his homework and stuff. And the worse part is, he is like a tap. he could make tears flow at anytime he likes.

My mum wanted to punish him many times. but, she failed to do so because my father will stop her. This made both my parents argue over why he should be punish and why he shouldn't. I've talk to him nicely and he promised not to make our parents angry. But he immediately broke his promise in the evening (He went out to play till the whole body is covered with dirt, abandoning his homework in the process).

As i have always say, cute little babies will turn out to be a devil. I really feel like knocking some sense into him using the hard way, but.... he's my brother....
